Ownership
We have more homes for Lease To Own in the Las Vegas Valley. Most are ready for immediate occupancy and most are okay with pets.
Lease Options
In our Silver Option Program (Lease Options or Rent-To-Own) we assist a potential home owner in finding a home that best fits their needs for housing for them and/or their family. We work with a number of different investors who have available housing. Our list of homes can change daily, so check back often.
- General marketing campaign. General ads will be posted daily on Craig's List.
- Taking and marketing photos of the home.
- Promotion of home on our Marketing Website.
- Shooting video of the home to be promoted on Marketing Website and posted on YouTube.
- Frequent posting specific ads on Craig's List.
- Use of a mechanical lockbox which will be placed on home.

Current List of Lease Option Homes
Basic Services Include:
These will be performed as a free service until we find a tenant/buyer for the home/condo.
Premium Services Include:
All items in the Basic Services.
Creation of a second marketing campaign.
Narrated video.
Placement of video on multiple websites, including YouTube. Sites will be, but not limited to, Facebook, Myspace, etc.
Blogs pertaining to the specific home on at least 4 independent sites.
Posting of homes on Google Authority Websites for search engine searches.
Pinging every 3 days to heighten search engine optimization.
Posting on Online Favorite sites for both videos and blogs. Sites to include Stumbleupon.com and other sites.
There will be a marketing fee for this additional service. Prices may vary depending upon amount of additional work involved and are in addition to any other fees charged for moving the home. These marketing costs are a one-time cost and are non-refundable.
Seller Financing
In the Golden Ownership Program many of the owners will also consider carrying financing for the right tenant/buyer. In this scenario you will be paying the full mortgage payment (as one payment) and all taxes and insurance. The payments will be higher than the Lease Option payment shown on our marketing page.
