Welcome to our new Bulk REO Inventory!

Here is our current list of inventory.  The packages can change on a moment by moment basis so we can't guarantee the availability.  Once we have your offer or LOI then we can proceed to ensure the package is still available.  Afterwards, we will need your P.O.F. to move forward in acquiring the package.

Let us know which package you are interested in pursuing.  We do not send out or post the packages online as we do not want to create "daisy chains" of buyer representatives.  I am in direct contact with the rep who has the contacts with the seller's rep.  Thus, I am two removed on these deals unless otherwise stated.

If you are a buyer's representative please be within 1 or 2 people removed from the buyer. If we find out you are shopping the lists to networks of reps or buyers then you will be removed from our contact list.  Please no shopping of the lists.
